
- 2 lbs of shrimp peeled and de-veined
- 1-1/2 stick of butter
- 1 clove of garlic minced or pressed
- lemon pepper (to taste)
- lemon juice (to taste optional)
- Melt butter in large frying pan with lemon juice (optional)
- sautee garlic in butter
- add shrimp and lemon pepper to taste
- stir until cooked
- maybe served over rice or served with other sides.
